    Description

Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas Cindy Lou Who Limited Edition Cel #140/222 (MGM, 1996). Cindy Lou Who has only small amount of screen time in this classic animated TV special, and the demand for artwork featuring her led to Chuck Jones creating a drawing for this limited edition cel titled "Christmas Comes Tomorrow." This hand-painted cel is #140 in a limited edition of 222 copies that instantly sold out upon release. This great 6" image of Cindy Lou Who is signed by Mr. Jones (1912-2002), as well as by the First Lady of Animation and voice of Cindy Lou ("Why Santa why?"), June Foray -- a rare double signature! The cel is on a print background for presentation purposes, and bears a Linda Jones seal. In Fine condition.
