Canine Caddy "A Swell Day for Golf" Mickey Mouse One-of-One Cel Signed by Arnold Palmer (Walt Disney, 1997). "Ah, what a swell day for a game of golf!" says Mickey in the opening scene of this classic Mickey and Pluto golf-themed theatrical cartoon. The original short was directed by Clyde Geronimi and featured a pesky gopher on the golf course. This is a rare hand-painted one-of-one cel, created from the actual original 1941 archived animation drawing by Walt Disney Art Classics. It has the inker and painter's initials from the Disney Ink and Paint Department on the cel, along with the Disney seal. The cel is on a print background for presentation purposes. This cel has a bonus of being hand-signed by Golfing Legend Arnold Palmer (1929 - 2016). Cel and Palmer signature are framed with glass for an overall size of 21" x 18", with a mat opening of 12" x 10". A Disney COA is on the back of the frame. Frame is sold as-is, cel condition is Very Good.
