Description
101 Dalmatians "Spotted in the Park" Limited Edition Cel #90/500 (Walt Disney, 1961/1998). "I couldn't depend on Roger. I knew what he'd do. He'd settle on the grass, puff his pipe and that would be it. No, it was up to me." A long-sold out Limited Edition cel titled "Spotted in the Park". Pongo and Roger stroll by Anita and Perdy. Unbeknownst to the songwriter Roger and the shy maiden Anita, they are about to have a clumsy, impromptu "first meeting" thanks to Pongo. Disney created this wonderful piece using the original production drawings and source material from the Disney Animation Research Library. The cel was hand-painted at the legendary Disney Ink and Paint Department and paired with a background print for presentation purposes. The piece is numbered 90/500 and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Disney. Framed to 28" x 18.5" with a matboard aperture of 19.5" x 10". The matboard is hand-embellished with a sketch of a Dalmatian puppy. Cel condition appears to be Fine. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition.Auction Info
