"Woody - 50 Years a Star" Woody Woodpecker Limited Edition Cel #123/250 (Walter Lantz, 1990). Woody Woodpecker is seen as he appeared in Walter Lantz Studios cartoons from 1940, 1945, 1951, 1955, 1962, and 1990, in this special 50th Anniversary hand-painted limited edition cel. This long-sold out oversized cel measures 30" x 18", placed over a print background with an official 50th Anniversary logo. The cel has been hand-signed by Walter Lantz (1899 - 1994) within the larger '90 star, in faded red marker. Matted to an overall size of 36" x 25", with openings from both the cel and logo, as originally issued. A Letter of Authenticity is included, attached to a foamcore backing board.
