Description
"Walt's Drawing Board" Mickey, Donald, Pluto, and Goofy Limited Edition Cel #935/950 (Walt Disney, 1994). At the very first Disneyana Convention in Orlando, Florida, in the early 1990s, the "Walt's Photo" series was born with a piece called "Walt's Convertible." It was an instant sell-out. Using a 1947 photo of Walt at a drawing board with a drawing of Mickey in Steamboat Willie, a very special edition was then made to commemorate the Walt Disney Studios Ink and Paint tours. A hand-painted limited edition cel of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Pluto is placed over the photograph to make "Walt's Drawing Board." Nice character sizes of 4" to 8". There were only 950 pieces in the regular edition, and this is #935. The cel and photo print setup is matted with an opening size of 10.5" x 13.5", for an overall size of 16.75" x 19.75". A Disney seal is on the cel and a Disney COA is included. Very Good condition.Auction Info
