    "Spicy Dish" Betty Boop Limited Edition Cel (Fleischer, 1989). Here is a wonderful long-sold out 100-piece limited edition featuring the Jazz Age Flapper, Betty Boop. Created by Max Fleischer and Grim Natwick, Betty made her screen debut in the 1930 short, Dizzy Dishes. This image shows Betty ordering lunch from her waiter, Fearless Fred. Betty measures 6" in this hand-painted,12 field, limited edition cel. Housed in a frame of 19" x 17" with a matboard aperture of 11.75" x 10". Frame sold as-is. The cel, with a King Features/ Fleischer Studios seal, was placed over a color card for presentation purposes. The number has faded from the cel. Condition is Very Good.
