Description

Lady and the Tramp Peg Production Cel and Master Background Setup (Walt Disney, 1955). "What a dog... WHAT A DOGGGGG! He's a Tramp... but they love him!" Peggy Lee sings this movie's tour-de-force song in the pound scene as the loveable character Peg. This is a trimmed pan hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of a great full-figure Peg. Look at those blue eyes! This 6" x 5" image of Peg is placed on a trimmed pan Master product background of the dog pound. The background alone is magnificent. Backgrounds in this film were painted by Claude Coats, Dick Anthony, Ralph Hulett, Al Dempster, Thelma Witmer, Jim Trout, Ray Huffine, Brice Mack, and Mr. Eyvind Earle. What a line-up of artists! Matted with an opening of 33" x 9" and framed with Plexiglas. It's a beautiful setup from a very memorable Disney scene! Fine condition.
