Lady and the Tramp Lady Concept Art (Walt Disney, 1955). "In the whole history of the world there is but one thing that money cannot buy... to wit - the wag of a dog's tail." This is an original concept drawing created in the early development stages of this wildly popular Disney classic. It depicts Lady in the beginning of the film bringing the newspaper into her family's happy home and the scene appears around the 7:30 mark. It's a beautiful pastel rendering on paper and has an overall measurement of approximately 8.5" x 10.5". Concept art like this was used to help convey a scene in the storyboarding process and was routinely changed out, edited, or discarded. It's a truly beautiful one-of-a-kind piece of original art depicting the title character from one of Disney's most romantic films. The art is matted and framed under glass with a mat opening measuring 8.5" x 10.5" in a 18" x 20" frame. Condition is Fine. Frame is sold as-is.
