    Description

Jack Kirby The New Fantastic Four Episode #2 Animation Storyboard #40 Magneto Original Art (DePatie-Freleng Enterprises, 1978). Magneto, and three of the Fantastic Four, all drawn by their co-creator, Jack Kirby, from a peak out-put period for the King of Comics. After leaving the comic industry itself for a while, Jack Kirby found refuge in the world of Animation, where his immense talents were welcomed and put to good use. From the story "The Menace of Magneto" which first aired on 10-14-78, this page of storyboards images features two wide pan shots, as the Master of Magnetism boards his craft and sails away. The original art was created in pure graphite, with individual panels measuring 4" x 3" on the 14" x 8.5" paper. In Fine condition.
