How To Hook Up Your Home Theater Goofy Employee Only Limited Edition Cel 18/100 (Walt Disney, 2007). Before the movie National Treasure: Book of Secrets was shown, theaters showed a Goofy cartoon called How to Hook Up Your Home Theater. It was the first Goofy theatrical cartoon since Aquamania, 46 years earlier. Traditional animation legends Eric Goldberg, Mark Henn and Andreas Deja worked on this short, while Burny Mattinson did story work on it. Bill Farmer and Cory Burton did the voice work to make the cartoon sound exactly like a Jack Kinney-directed Goofy "How To" cartoon from the 1940s. There were no cels used to make this film, so the Walt Disney Ink and Paint Department painted special 16-field cels to be offered only to Feature Animation Employees, using original animation drawings from Sequence 2, Scene 1 where the narrator says "The Average Man enjoys his favorite sport on his not-so giant TV." The mat is hand-signed by directors Kevin Deters and Stevie Wermers. You can see this very funny short on YouTube. Disney Feature Animation Studios seal on cel as well as Disney Certificate of Authenticity; Mint condition in original employee envelope
