Hong Kong Phooey Main Characters Color Model/Size Comparison Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1974). Scatman Crothers provided the voice for Penrod Pooch, aka Hong Kong Phooey. This show premiered on ABC-TV on 9/7/74. This is a rare hand-painted H-B Ink and Paint Department Standard Size Comparison Color Model cel. It showcases color and sizes of the shows main characters -- Penrod Pooch, Sgt. Flint, Rosemary, and Spot. Interesting that they were revised on 4/10/74, just months away from the first airing. Nice piece of Hong Kong Phooey history. Fine condition.Auction Info
