    Description

Fritz the Cat Big Bertha Production Cel Sequence of 2 with Model Sheet Art Group (Ralph Bakshi, 1972). Drug dealer Big Bertha really lets it hang out (and over and beyond) in this original hand-painted 12 field production cel sequence of two. In the film, based on characters created by Robert Crumb, Fritz and Duke go to Bertha's place, where they sample some of her wares; a stoned Fritz then decides to sample more than just pot! These are some of the most outrageous images from this barrier-breaking X-Rated animated feature. Overall image sizes are 6.5" x 4.5" for the cel marked B50, and 5.75" x 6.75" in cel B64. In addition, a hand-drawn model sheet with three large images of Bertha dancing is included; figure sizes are approximately 5.5", drawn in graphite over blue pencil. Model sheet is in Good condition with handling and edge wear, including small tears (none near the images); condition of the cels are both Very Good with minor handling.
