Description

Fantasia Topless Centaurette Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). In the "Pastoral Symphony" section of Fantasia, the Disney Studio originally proposed to show the Centaurettes bare-breasted. The Hays Commission did not care for that, and floral brassieres were ordered to be used. This is an early 16-field animation drawing of a topless Centaurette. She is looking at her reflection in the water, near the waterfalls. Graphite with blue pencil image of 7" with a watery outline reflection under the image. Notes about the reflection are on the drawing. Number 386 is written on bottom right corner. This 16 field animation drawing is in a frame of 21" x 17" with a mat opening of 13" x 11". Frame is sold as-is, artwork has minor handling and edge wear. Condition is Very Good.
