    Description

Fantasia Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer's Apprentice Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1940). After Mickey Mouse, as the Sorcerer's Apprentice, comes down the stairs, he leads the buckets and brooms as a conductor in the throne chair. This is a great hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Mickey Mouse in his greatest role. The cel is trimmed to image and mounted to a custom hand-painted background done for presentation purposes. Mickey has a nice image size of 5" with his all-important sorcerer's hat on. The cel has had minor restoration; there is a tiny bit of curling in his left foot. In a frame of 19" x 17" with a matboard aperture of 10" x 8". Frame sold as-is. Fine overall condition. From the Robert Forbes Collection.
