    Fantasia "Dance of the Hours" Madame Upanova Layout Courvoisier Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940).
    Madame Upanova appears in "Dance of the Hours", which is the sixth musical segment in Walt Disney's masterpiece, Fantasia. This superb layout drawing of Madame Upanova was originally offered through the Courvoisier Galleries. The piece has the "WDP" stamp on the front. This is a James Bodero original whose detail showcases the depth of detail that went into the making of this film. The piece has a studio stamp on the back indicating "Concert Feature". The artwork is numbered 327 on the bottom right. The image area measures approximately 4" x 7". The drawing was rendered in graphite with color pencil on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper. The pegholes are on the top of the sheet which has two creases from folding, edge wear, smudges, some tape residue, and a missing top left corner. Condition is Good.
