    Eyvind Earle Sleeping Beauty Castle and Coach Concept Painting (Walt Disney, 1959). The first castle in a Disney theme park was the "Sleeping Beauty Castle" in Disneyland. Artwork that inspired this castle is treasured by collectors. This is an amazing unique hand-painted background Color Key/Concept Art painting by the film's Color Stylist and Art Director, Mr. Eyvind Earle, showcasing the castle in brilliant style. The art is in gouache on illustration board measuring 12" x 6". The painting is hand-signed by Eyvind Earle (1916 - 2000) in bottom right corner. His signature trees surround the coach that is returning to the castle. Pinholes in all four corners; Fine condition.
