Dumbo Storyboard Drawing Original Art (Walt Disney, 1941). The story of Dumbo was developed by Joe Grant and Dick Huemer. Storyboards were done by the team of Bill Peet, Aurie Battaglia, Joe Rinaldi, George Stallings, and Webb Smith. The storyboarding process, in the form it is known today, was developed at Walt Disney Productions during the early 1930s. The storyboards for this film were so spectacular that many were sold in the Courvoisier Galleries in San Francisco. This is a stunning storyboard of Mrs. Jumbo protecting baby Dumbo. Beautifully detailed in graphite and color pencil. The art is enclosed in a frame of 13.5" x 11.75". The frame has a matboard aperture of 8" x 6.5". Frame sold as-is. The detail to this storyboard showcases why this film looked so spectacular! Condition is Very Good.
