Dragon's Lair Dirk the Daring and Dragon Publicity/Color Model Cel (Don Bluth, 1983). "Dragon's Lair: The fantasy adventure where you become a valiant knight on a quest to rescue the fair princess from the clutches of an evil dragon." The narrator tells it like it is in the revolutionary 1983 arcade smash Dragon's Lair. Created by the team of Don Bluth, John Pomeroy, Gary Goldman and Rick Dyer, Dragon's Lair was a unique take on arcade-style video games, and it still sees high success nearly four decades after its initial release. There have even been talks of a new Netflix film produced by original creators Don Bluth, Gary Goldman and John Pomeroy along with Ryan Reynolds who is to star as Dirk the Daring. This is a spectacular and extremely rare hand-painted color model/publicity cel created for the game on a large, 16 field cel. The cel show very little handling wear, and it is taped to a printed background for presentation purposes. The condition is Fine.
