    Description

Dracula Original Artwork on Board (Universal, c. 1970-80s). Classic Bela Lugosi as Dracula! Here's an original pen and ink on board. When Universal purchased the rights to the 1927 Broadway play, Lon Chaney was considered for the title role. However, Chaney died and the role went to Bela Lugosi. A role that he would become famous for and reprise many times during his life. We don't know who the artist is on this fantastic piece, we just love it! The art measures 23" x 35" and has holes three holes along both sides and one on the top and bottom. The lacquer has some damage from age. This would look great framed and hanging in a media room. Overall condition is Fair to Good.
