Donald's Gold Mine Donald Duck Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1942). Donald spars with his donkey helper in this Dick Lundy-directed short, released on 7/24/42. In this original extended (13.5" wide) 5-peghole animation drawing, he's delivering a swift kick to the animal's backside, in hopes of getting kicked back (and knocking the ore he accidentally swallowed out of him), in a scene that occurs at about 1:45 into the short. It's a full-figure drawing in graphite and blue pencil, with an overall image size of 5.5"wide by 3.5" tall. The number 139 is written in the lower right corner. In Good condition, with considerable edge wear and small tears (all away from the image).
