    Description

Daffy Duck's Fantastic Island Pepé le Pew and Daffy Duck Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1983). Popular 1980s TV series Fantasy Island inspired the new interstitial animation created for this feature-length animated compilation, which featured classic Looney Tunes cartoons. Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales served as the white-suited "Mr. Roarke" and "Tattoo"-style hosts. Here is an original hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Daffy Duck (with gas mask) as he listens to Pepé Le Pew introduce a segment featuring the classic Louvre Come Back to Me cartoon clip. Nice image sizes of 3" and 4". A Warner Brothers seal is on the cel, which has been hand-signed by animation legend Friz Freleng (1906 - 1995). Rare to find any production cel with these two characters on one cel together! Minor tape on border from a previous framing. Very Good condition.
