Description

Trail Mix-Up Baby Herman and Roger Rabbit Pair of Story Development Art by Thom Enriquez (Walt Disney/Amblin, 1993). These pages are filled to the brim with cartoon shenanigans that could only be brought to you by Baby Herman and Roger Rabbit. Both of these pages of story development art were created for the 1993 animated short Trail Mix-Up, which put Roger in a hard spot trying to take care of Baby Herman in Yellowstone (or Yellowstain as it's called in Roger's universe). This was the last of the three and the only one to be animated digitally, making production artwork coveted by collectors. Story artist Thom Enriquez has cooked up more than a few antics for them: Baby Herman playing with squirrels, mice, and a light socket; and Roger trying and failing to start a warm fire with sticks, a magnifying glass, and even a can of gasoline. Both pages have been signed by the artist and Baby Herman's is noted 2/17 with two pieces of hand-written dialogue and a cameo from the beautiful ranger Jessica. Rendered in graphite, color pencil, and ink on 11'' x 8.5'' paper, the artwork is in Very Good condition with pinhole and light edge and handling wear.
From the Noted Disney Concept and Story Artist Thom Enriquez Collection.
