Description
Trail Mix-Up Baby Herman and Animals Story/Concept Art Group of 3 by Thom Enriquez (Walt Disney/Amblin, 1993). Trail Mix-Up was the last Roger Rabbit short and sent Baby Herman and Roger all the way to Yellowstone for a zany trip full of cartoon antics and mayhem. Longtime story artist Thom Enriquez imagined how Baby Herman's interactions with the local wildlife might play out in a series of three original pieces of 11'' x 8.5'' story/concept art. All of the concepts are rendered in graphite, color pencil, and ink and have each been signed by the artist in the lower right corner. One has Baby Herman interacting with the beaver that made it into the final short, but the other two have multiple interactions with various woodland animals where Herman plays with the squirrels acorns and tries to blame his stinky diaper on the skunk. All include great hand-written dialogue from Roger, like "Quit playing with that squirrel's nuts!", that add a bit of extra personality and humor to the group. This was the only Roger Rabbit short made digitally, so this group is extra special for fans and collectors and in Very Good condition with pinholes and faint edge and handling wear.From the Noted Disney Concept and Story Artist Thom Enriquez Collection.
