    Description

Top Cat's 30th Anniversary Preliminary Art by Bob Singer (Hanna-Barbera, 1992). Top Cat premiered on ABC in Prime Time on 9/27/61. To mark its 30th anniversary, the Hanna-Barbera Art Program released a hand-painted limited edition cel of all the main characters. The original artwork to create the cel was done by master Hanna-Barbera artist Mr. Bob Singer. It features Top Cat and his whole gang -- Benny the Ball, Choo-Choo, Brain, Spook, Fancy-Fancy, and of course, Office Dibble. Art is in graphite on paper measuring 11" x 9", taped to a 12 field animation sheet backer. This image can be seen in Michael Mallory's book Hanna-Barbera Cartoons on page 145, making this the published original drawing for the limited edition cel. Very rare. Minor handling. Very Good condition.
