    Description

Tim Burton Stalk of the Celery Monster Character Design Original Art (Cal Arts, 1979). Tim Burton wrote, directed and animated his student film, "Stalk of the Celery Monster" at Cal Arts. It received so much attention, it got him hired by the Walt Disney Studios. The film was shot on 8MM. Only fragments of the original film exist today, which can be seen on YouTube. These fragments are kept at the Library of Congress. This is an amazing original character design artwork of the Celery Monster from the hand of Tim Burton. It's drawn in ink and marker/mixed media on 11.5" x 9" paper. An important piece of artwork. Some paper loss along the lower border, in Good condition.
