The Wuzzles Character Design Drawings by Willie Ito Group of 86 (Walt Disney, 1985). Willie Ito storyboarded and did the original character designs on this show, which premiered on 9/14/85 on CBS-TV. The show was an idea from Michael Eisner to combine two animals and make a hybrid character of one. This massive lot is a detailed look into the character development for this series. Included are Willie's original drawings of Elleroo (combination of elephant and Kangaroo, 12 drawings): Rhinokey (combination of rhino and monkey, 6 drawings); Hoppoptamas (rabbit and hippo combination, 14 drawings); Bubllion (combining a bumble bee and a lion, 10 drawings); Moosel (combination of Moose and seal with 13 drawings, all trimmed to image to be mounted); Butter Bear (combination of bear and butterfly, eight drawings), and 23 drawings with a combination of characters. There are all sizes and shapes in this massive lot, drawn in graphite with detailed blue pencil highlights, all on 16 field animation paper. Minor handling and edge wear. Very Good condition.
