    The Prince and the Pauper Concept Art Group of 4 (Walt Disney, 1990). Mickey Mouse's last hand-painted feature film was The Prince and the Pauper and was released with The Rescuers Down Under. This is a collection of original early development artwork by Alvaro Arce. Mr. Arce was hired as a Visual Designer in the new Visual Development Department at Disney. This is a collection of four tightly rendered concept art pieces of Goofy and Mickey's house exterior, interior and town overview, all done in graphite with colored pencils. The first is a multi-colored concept painting of the house with Mickey and Goofy in front on 11" x 14" paper and is signed by the artist. Second is Goofy on the streets of London on 12" x 17" paper. The third and fourth drawings are roughs of London overview with London Bridge on paper of 10" x 17" and a pan drawing of 10" x 27" which has been folded. All show minor handling wear, edge wear, pinholes and some tape on border. Condition is Good. From the Alvaro Arce Collection.
