The Prince and the Pauper Background/Layout Concept Art Group of 4 (Walt Disney, 1990). Mickey Mouse played dual roles in this great 30 minute featurette. He was voiced by a Disney Legend Inductee, the late great Wayne Allwine. It was released with The Rescuers Down Under animated feature film. They both were released on 11/16/90. Here is a series of four background layout/concept art pieces by the great Alvaro Arce. Mr. Arce has been a layout, concept, and character designer in animation for over 50 years. This is a series of detailed graphite and blue pencil extreme background layouts of the castle guard house, Goofy's top floor penthouse, Goofy's house, and an amazing pen and ink study of the castle and surrounding area. All four magnificent pieces of art are hand-signed by Mr. Alvaro Arce. Art is on paper measuring approximately 17" x 12.5". Minor handling and edge wear. Overall condition is Very Good.Auction Info
