    Description

The Flintstones: Little Big League VHS Box Mock-Up and Print (Hanna-Barbera, 1990). This baseball-themed animated feature was shown as a TV Special on 4/6/78. Here is an original mock-up of the art for the VHS video release. This was, in fact, the second release on VHS, as the first came out in 1986. Purpose of the mock-up was to determine exact layout, artwork, and color (including Pantone swatches for color match); information type on the backside was for display purposes only. A finished, printed box is included to show the differences. The art mock-up is drawn in color markers and pencils on an onionskin overlay; base art is a photostat mounted on board measuring 13" x 10". Interesting look at the production process! Very Good to Fine condition.
