Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Old Hag Storyboard Original Art (Walt Disney, 1937). "The little men will be away, and she'll be all alone with a harmless old peddler woman!" The Evil Queen disguised as the Old Hag cackles to herself as she makes her way toward the cottage of the seven dwarfs. This is a fantastic and haunting piece of rare behind-the-scenes art created for the first ever cel-animated feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. An original storyboard drawing of the old hag, it is rendered stunningly in black conte on a sheet of 6.75" x 5.5" animation paper. Essential in the story planning process of the making of Snow White, this drawing not only furthered the narrative of the film, but established a clear sense of moody foreboding with a shadowy, high-contrast technique and centered composition. The sheet shows remarkably minor handling and edge wear despite its age, and it has pinholes in the corners indicating use in the storyboarding process. The number 75 is written in the lower right corner, and the condition is Very Good.
