    Sahara Sam Limited Edition Cel Preliminary Art Group (Warner Brothers, 1993). "When I say whoa, I mean... WHOA!" Set of preliminary artwork created for a 1993 Friz Freleng multi-panel limited edition cel, inspired by the 1955 Bugs Bunny/Yosemite Sam theatrical short. Set includes four layout drawings in blue pencil on onionskin paper; a rough drawing in Conte crayon of the five-panel cel image with two copies, all on 12 field 3-peghole animation paper (one is hand-colored); a rough layout drawing of the desert background, and a preliminary painting of the background, in gouache on illustration board. Image size on the layout rough is 10" x 8.25" and 10" x 6" for the painted background. Fine condition on all.
