    Description

ParaNorman Blithe Hollow Store Fronts Concept Sketch Original Artwork Group (LAIKA, 2012). One of the amazing things about every film from LAIKA is the astounding dedication to detail on all of the sets and props. This attention to detail can be seen in this series of seven concept/design drawings showcasing the buildings in downtown Blithe Hollow, Massachusetts. The drawings are pen and ink with some marker on 9" x 7" paper. The drawings showcase Norman and Neil walking in front of the market as well as images of the town's Dollar Worth Store, Liquor Store, Kwik Save Store, and drug store. All of these drawings were eventually realized into real-life props, built by hand, as seen in the feature film. These detailed drawings were from the hand of artist Ross Stewart. In Fine condition. From the LAIKA Archives.
