Monsters, Inc. Character Development Drawings Group of 44 (Pixar, 2001). Here is a rare look into the very early making of a Pixar film. This is an amazing set of character study drawings, all from the hand of longtime character design and story artist, Mr. Dan Haskett. These are detailed studies for the girl Boo, aka Mary Gibbs (this also happened to be the name of the young girl providing the voice to Boo). You can see from this amazing group of drawings how many different looks this character went through before finally developing her final appearance. This movie was about monsters Sully Sullivan and Mike Wazowski, who were voiced by John Goodman and Billy Crystal. It premiered on 10/28/01 Here is an amazing group of 44 different studies for Boo/Mary. Each on is on 11" x 9" paper, drawn in graphite. Anything hand-drawn for a Pixar film is rare, and this very early development artwork is even rarer. Minor handling; overall Very Good condition.
