Mickey's Grand Opera Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1936). It appears by Mickey's expression that the white rabbit is not following the script in this original concept/layout drawing from Mickey's Grand Opera. This drawing is attributed as the work of Disney animator and one of "Walt's Nine Old Men", Les Clark. The wonderfully expressive image of Mickey stands 5" tall and the entire image with bunny is 9" x 6". The art is rendered in graphite and colored pencil on 12 field 5-peghole paper. It was originally sold in an auction of Les Clark items in the early 1990s. It's a fantastic image of classic Mickey in a tux with his button-front pants. The paper shows handling, toning and minor edge wear. Condition is Very Good.
