Mary Blair Peter Pan Off to Neverland Concept Painting (Walt Disney, 1953). "Wendy, Michael, John, Tinker Bell... come on! Off to NEVERLAND!" Mary Blair is thought to have introduced the Walt Disney Studio to "Modern Art" styles. She was inducted as a Disney Legend in 1991. This is a great Mary Blair concept painting of Peter Pan leading Wendy, Michael (with Teddy Bear in hand) and John off to Neverland. Great images flying out the bedroom window, high over London. They are starting their trip to follow the second star to the left and head to Neverland. Painted in gouache on board measuring 9.5" x 8.5". Minor handling and edge wear, pinholes in corners. Very Good condition.
