Mary Blair Peter Pan Flying off to Neverland Concept Art (Walt Disney, 1953). "Think of a wonderful thought! He can fly! All it takes is faith, trust and a little bit of Pixie Dust!" says Peter Pan to Wendy, Michael, John, and Tinker Bell after they begin their journey to Neverland. This is an outstanding Mary Blair original concept painting of Peter Pan along with Tinker Bell, Wendy, Michael, and John leaving Big Ben and flying off to Neverland. You can even see how she highlighted the "second star to the right"! The art is in gouache on board. Framed with Plexiglas and matted with an 8" x 7" opening. An iconic image with Big Ben and the London skyline, from the hand of Mary Blair -- need we say more? Fine condition.
