    Description

Mary Blair Cinderella Concept Painting (Walt Disney, 1950). "There's nothing to believe in... nothing." says Cinderella after her evil stepsisters destroy her dress for the ball. This dramatic scene is seconds before the Fairy Godmother appears and shows her she has to believe. This is a Mary Blair (1911 - 1978) original concept/Color Key painting of Cinderella crying on the bench, in her ripped gown, with a full moon overhead. It's one of the most poignant and touching Blair Cinderella pieces we have seen. It is painted in gouache on light board and is in a frame of 17" x 16" with a mat opening of 6.5" x 6". The art shows light handling and condition is Very Good. Frame is sold as-is.
