    Mary Blair Cinderella Coach Concept Painting (Walt Disney, 1950). It's the stroke of midnight, and Cinderella is in her coach leaving the castle after a magical night with Prince Charming. From the hand of Mary Blair, this concept painting has it all -- the castle, the full moon, and the horse-drawn coach speeding off into the night! Tempera and watercolor on board, matted with an opening of 12.75" x 5.25; framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 22" x 14.5". Nice size for a Blair painting. Images of Cinderella's coach are coveted by collectors, and this is one of the most dramatic coach scene images we've encountered! A similar image, away from the castle, appears in John Canemaker's book Magic, Color, Flair -- The World of Blair, on page 97. In Fine condition.
