Louvre Come Back to Me Ginger Cat Concept/Layout Drawings Group of 2 (Warner Brothers, 1962). "Where are you my little object of art? I am going to collect you!" Pepé LePew's final short from the Golden Age of Animation was directed by Chuck Jones and Maurice Noble. It was released to theaters on 8/18/1962. Here are two original Chuck Jones 14" x 10.5" 3-peghole animation layout pages with images of Penelope Pussycat's male friend and would-be suitor Ginger Cat, who is seen several times throughout the short, trying to get rid of his stinky rival without catching a whiff. The first is a graphite image of him using a bicycle tire pump to fill his lungs (he'll use a clothespin to hold his nose; find this scene at the 3:36 mark), while the second is a trimmed page from early in the short (about 1:21), with Ginger walking and making "le meow" sounds, done in graphite and pale yellow marker. Handling wear. Good to Very Good

Jared, you and Heritage treated me more than just regarded my comic book pages with more than admiration.
