DescriptionFantasia "The Nutcracker Suite" Concept/Color Key Painting (Walt Disney, 1940). Presented is a marvelous original concept painting created for Fantasia's "The Nutcracker Suite". Beautifully rendered in watercolor on watercolor paper, this is a rare early concept of an unused design of floral dancers. The piece measures approximately 10" x 8.5", and there is a "concert feature" stamp on the back denoting sequence number and date. Although no one is credited under the name, the artist "Scott" is listed on the back. This gorgeous, playful and colorful painting shows minor handling and edge wear with pinholes in the corners. The condition is Very Good.
