Dumbo Pink Elephants Concept Painting (Walt Disney, 1941). "Look out! Look out! Pink Elephants on Parade!" One of the finest sequences in the history of animation is when the clown's alcohol falls into the water tub, and a "swacked" Dumbo sees a nightmarish vision -- Pink Elephants on Parade! Maurice Noble did work on this scene, and animation was handled by Howard Swift and William "Hicks" Lokey. Here is one of the finest pieces we have seen come to market from this sequence: an outstanding gouache on black paper concept painting of the Pink Elephants in their "parade" sequence. Four Pink Elephants in this piece, with magnificent images measuring 10". This brilliant piece of concept art is matted with an opening of 15" x 12", and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 23" x 20". Frame is sold as-is. Minor handling wear. In Very Good condition.
