Doug Wildey Robin Raider Concept Art (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1960s). If you had wondered what Hanna-Barbera was thinking after Jonny Quest became a hit -- then look no further than this amazing lot of rarities. Here are three oversized concept/character design originals for a proposed series called Robin Raider. The presentations were created to lay the groundwork for an undeveloped series. This artwork would have been used to pitch networks, sponsors, staff, and studio executives. The overall effect is very Quest-like, bearing the distinctive touch of creator Doug Wildey. Board one contains three scenes, with the proposed title painted, as well (20" x 30"). Board two is another pertinent scene, with a head replacement painting (20" x 20"). Board three contains character design paintings (19" x 13.5"). The central character bears a distinct resemblance to Race Bannon. Minor handling and edge wear. In Fine condition.
