Doug Wildey Danger Plus Two Concept Art Original Art Group of 3 (Hanna-Barbera, 1960). If Jonny Quest was originally patterned after Jack Armstrong All American Boy, and Terry and the Pirates, this pitch seems to patterned after James Bond. Here is a series of three original art concept art/character design pieces for a proposed Hanna-Barbera Series. This rare artwork would have been shown to networks, sponsors, studio staff and H-B executives. There is a very detailed graphite piece on paper mounted to 20" x 17" illustration board that features the James Bond main character with his two dangerous blonde female assistants. The other two pieces are mixed media on illustration boards of 21" x 15" and 17" x 20". One is signed Doug Wildey (1922-1994) while the other two are initialed "DW". A shame it didn't get picked up, this series would have appealed to fans of TV's Honey West. Minor handling and edge wear; otherwise, in Fine condition.
