    Description

Disney Die-Cast Toy Original Concept Art Group of 5 (Walt Disney, c. 1980s). A very unique lot for the die-hard (or die-CAST?) Disneyana collector! A group of five original drawings by Disney Legend, Carson Van Osten. Beautiful, sharp-lined images, rendered in graphite and colored pencil on 15.5" x 13" paper. Image sizes range from 2.5" to 7", with multiple images and perspectives on each page. Proposed toy ideas include emcee Mickey riding in the Mad Hatter's teacups, safari Donald piloting the Jungle Cruise riverboat, pirate Donald at the helm of the Jolly Roger, astronaut Goofy riding in a Tomorrowland rocket, and fur-trapper Pooh and Piglet in a canoe from Frontierland! A shame these were never produced! Slight toning of paper, very minor handling near edges. All are in Very Good condition.
