Chuck Jones – Elmer Fudd, Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck Drawing Original Art (Warner Brothers, c. 1990s). "I'm hunting wabbits... it's wabbit season, y'know" says Elmer to Bugs as Daffy stands by sneering, in this rare original concept drawing by Animation Legend Chuck Jones (1912 – 2002). Chuck directed three much-loved cartoons with this trio, known as the "Hunting Trilogy," including Rabbit Fire (1951), Rabbit Seasoning (1952), and Duck! Rabbit! Duck! (1953). These films have been the subject of several limited-edition prints, and it's believed this ink and graphite drawing to be a preliminary for one. Any Chuck Jones original art is rare and desirable, but having something with these three Looney Tunes stars is a special event! Art is on a sheet of 12 field 3-peghole animation paper, with figure sizes of 5.5", 5.75", and 6". The hand-signed art is floated in a Plexiglas-front frame measuring 18" x 16" x 1.25". Frame is sold as-is. A Linda Jones Letter of Authenticity is on back of the frame. Light tape stains are visible in the corners of the art. Very Good condition.
