    Description

    Chicken Little Character Design Art Group of 8 (Walt Disney, 1943). A series of eight story/concept - character design artwork for the World War II propaganda short that used "The Sky is Falling" Chicken Little story to mask it's message. This Clyde Geronimi-directed short was released on 12/17/43 and had most of the animation done by Ollie Johnston, Milt Kahl, Ward Kimball, and John Lounsbery. Conte crayon and charcoal drawings on 12 field 5-peghole paper. Three images of Foxy Loxy, plus Goosey Loosey and other characters. Very detailed character development drawings in an array of colors. When Foxy Loxy reads from his Psychology book, it's actually a passage from Mein Kampf! Minor handling, edge wear, and some pin holes, otherwise Fine condition. From the Retta Scott Archives.
