By the hand of the Good Duck Artist Carl Barks (1901 - 2000), this is a rare set of practice sketches of Donald Duck's nephews, rendered in blue pencil on bond paper. Carl Barks is widely known for his world-famous Scrooge McDuck comics with Walt Disney and Western Publishing.
