    Description

    Bible Storyland "Reed Boats" Concept Hand-Embellished Print (1959). Each section within Bible Storyland has its prerequisite rides. In Egypt, a proposed "Reed Bumper Boats" ride was proposed, allowing park visitors to float down the Nile River like baby Moses. This is an original Bruce Bushman hand-colored brown-print concept drawing for this proposed ride. This is a major pitch piece, with great circa 1960-style artwork. The brown-line plans were mounted to board to be showcased to banks and investors. Bottom right reads "Nat Winecoff Enterprises Hollywood California," while the bottom right has printed "Reed Boats Bible Storyland Inc Dec. 30th 1960 25-B Bushman." Hand-colored with pastels on paper measuring 24" x 18.75". Minor handling with edge and corner wear. Fine condition.
