    Description

    Bambi Concept Drawing Original Art by Marc Davis (Walt Disney, 1942). In the book Bambi: The Story and the Film, Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston write, "Marc Davis brought life and feeling to his drawings, which became guides for all to follow." This is a Marc Davis original character development drawing of Bambi. The art is beautifully drawn on 12 field 5-peghole animation paper in graphite with detailed green, blue, and red pencil highlights, in a stunning image measuring 6". The depth of beauty in the eyes alone is something to behold! Minor handing wear, with some paper fade on left border, away from artwork. Good condition.
