Description

Atlantis, The Lost Empire Milo Thatch Character Development Drawings Signed by John Pomeroy Group of 8 (Walt Disney, 2001). These eight character design and rough animation drawings of cartographer and linguist Milo Thatch were created by John Pomeroy in his role as supervising animator of the film's lead character. Animation, design, and scene-planning were all areas in which an artist with Mr. Pomeroy's talent and expertise would play a major part in the production of this animated feature. The art is in graphite on sheets of 17" x 12.5" with Milo's image sizes ranging from 5" x 6.25" up to 5" x 15"; one rough drawing of the entire crew of the Ulysses as they explore the ruins of the ancient lost city fills the page. All eight drawings have been hand-signed by John Pomeroy. A Howard Lowery Certificate of Authenticity is included. Condition is Very Good to Fine with some light handing wear.
